I Need Help to Build A New PC

Hello so my current laptop is getting old and is breaking down and I need a new one. So I have decided to build my own PC. I do not know much about building PCs or what parts I would need, but I am looking for something that I can record footage from my XBOX ONE with the new PC. I also have a price range of about $500 and I just need the pc componits since I already have a moniter and a keyboard. So in other words what are all the stuff that I need to build the best $500 PC?

Are you building or purchasing one premade?

 

Recording an XBOX One doesn't require the beefiest PC.

5000$ Is a lot for spending on  a PC. But if your gonna spend all of it,
