With some extra touches, I guess it could work out, right now it's 2D and doesn't have the giant aspect to them. Still, it could be used for some cartoons (actually the background on PC screen for this site has one on the left side I just noticed lol).

Pretty simplistic. That's not necessarily a bad thing, especially if that's what you were going for. Might I suggest adding things like forests or snowcaps?
