The whole T.rex vs Spinosaurus fight of Jurassic Park III, where the film's kaiju-fied portrayal of Spino makes short work of the green Rex. Yeah, that one Rex was a juvenile, but still, it was a pretty one-sided battle done just to shoehorn a whole new villainous threat in the movie as quickly as possible. The whole thing became more hilarious in hindsight when discoveries made in 2014 showed Spino was much more adapted to fishing and aquatic life than previously thought.
