It is very good to be your first human drawing! I'd say that the anatomy is better than most first attempts I've seen in my days.

The shoulders are a little too broad, so the arms look a bit dislocated that way, but that can also be a characterization. It's still a very nice drawing and the rest of the anatomy looks fairly well drawn! You sure you haven't practiced before? 

Anyway, I really like it! Keep practicing, look at references when you draw, look at pictures with different poses, etc. It's very good for practice. In short, this one is great!

Its a great start! I would try to get better at hands like just draw them for a while in different poses. They are arguably the hardest part on the body to draw, so I would recommend practicing them separately. Also the proportions are a little off like the size of his arms does not fit the size of his chest. There are many how-to's for stuff like that and it should be an easy fix. I hope I helped you in some way without sounding hypercritical.
