Tired of the FiM theme song yet?

While I do think that some variety COULD be a good thing at this point, the song fills me with so much nostalgia at this point, so I never be bored of it. All of the memories of hearing that song for the first time and seeing the intro...Good memories.

Exactly this. I'm tired of hearing it. I'm tired of it lacking relevance to the show anymore. I'm tired of cartoons in general not bothering to change their openings even in long-running series'.

I honestly would like some more variety in the intro. They've been using the exact same one for 6 years with only minor changes to the characters and locations for continuity. It shows consistency on one hand, but on the other an aversion to risk or change. The show could afford to be more creative with it, like The Simpsons and the famous couch gag, to differentiate itself.

 

I skip the intro whenever my unreliable Internet connection allows it.

Unff! That scene with Twi dragon ball Z'ing, and the explosion leading up to the Logo. So sexah.

Needs to be an official intro.

Yeah it is getting sooooooooo annoying. I feel like they should really change the song because it is well getting old, and if they can change the pic. (a little bit) then I bet they.can also change the actual song.

Honestly, I wouldn't get your hopes up for the theme song to change any time soon. Rarely do cartoons undergo theme changes (Spongebob and the Simpsons are great examples). Animes on the other hand, are a completely different story. Perhaps the movie coming out next year will do something spectacular with it .

I don't think that they should change the theme song at all, it should be kept the same as it has for the last six seasons. They had the chance to change it back at the start of season 2 but they didn't. If you hate the song skip the intro. The only thing that should change in the intro is what the ponies are doing and who shows up during the theme song to first the season/episode. 

 

And can we get more Moon Dancer please I don't think that's asking to much right?

Yes that would be okay. Changing the intro video for an event and to make it fit the theme of the event would be fine but the song shouldn't change.
