Marexico or Mexicolt?

I've heard both names for Equestria's version of Mexico. (if it would actually exist, which i'm sure it would since quesadillas are canon) Which do you prefer and see as the "real" name?

I think I'd go with Mexicolt as I understand that the actual word 'Mexico' is derived from is 'Mexihcatl' in the Nahuatl language. And I can see Mexihcatl becoming Mexihcoltl fairly easily.

mexicolt because marexico sounds like someone saying mexico while being lightly punched in the balls. no offence. plus, there is also a place in equestria with the word mare.

Personally, I think it's Mexicolt as a "country" but "Marexican" when referring to ponies' "nationality".
