Very nice.  Reminds me of Lauren Faust's early concept art, actually.  What you've got going for you is that you nailed that certain pony look.  I mean, they're obviously rough, but the faces really look like FIM ponies.  They look cute, and they've got that spark to them....like, those characters are really in there.  Especially Cheerilee.  You see a lot of fancy, detailed, finished products that obviously took a lot of work, but when you look at their eyes, you just don't see FIM ponies (or whatever character it happens to be).  From one artist to another, that's the most important part of creating a face.  When you look at the eyes, especially at a glance, do you instantly know that that character is in there?  Or does it feel more like, "Well, I obviously know who it's supposed to be,  but it's just not right."  You've definitely got it.  You know, the stuff.  Keep practicing, and you'll be great.
