My mom's brother and his wife moved into Oakland after they got married. Even though the A's obviously represented their area, ironically they preferred the Giants.

 

But I won't add fuel to that fire if I can avoid it. So I'll just ask this. I've heard a lot of smack talk about the Athletics stadium. Do they REALLY deserve it?

I wouldn't blame you for remaining a Mets fan after moving. I'll be quite honest if I move away from Minnesota, the Twins would probably remain my favorite team as well.

 

I actually rooted for the Mets in the World Series last year. It's a shame they didn't win, huh? But I bet a Met fan like yourself might have been very pleased with the Hall of Fame class of 2016, no?
