Sided, else I wake up with paralyzed limbs. And only on my left side, my right ribs can't take on weight at all.

I sleep on my side and i like to hug my blanket and have it also between my legs as i can't sleep not holding onto anything and i always have my fan on my body heats up easily

I usually sleep on my back. I have been able to fall asleep on my sides a couple of times, but I can't do it on my stomach.

I always prefer sleeping on my chest end, and sometimes the sides depending whether or not I get sick of my chest end position.

Only downside, I do sometimes drool, eugh!

I sleep mostly on my left side; blankets even help me.

I got a nice heavy weighted blanket and sleep on my side. I can sleep on my back, it's just not as comfortable.

I sleep on my back, with my legs spread far apart and my feet pointing outwards. Hands and arms are just running parallel down my side. No idea why, it's comfy to me
