Do I have to keep up with the news?

I sometimes look at the news, but I don't really care about keeping up with it.

No, here at home we are more like children. We never did the necessary hormonal treatment to trigger development into adulthood. So, we are very disconnected from the world. I am mostly into video games and entertainment. Because my psyche is closer to that of an actual child due to the nature of this endocrine condition. I could start injetcting myself with testosterone, or begin with a HCG treatment. But I like feeling like a ten year old, to be honest. I don't know. There is something about this condition that I love, and hate, too. It is something very special for me. It is The Child. And children are not know for watching the news.

I avoid the news as much as I can considering that 95% of it is like having some idiot run up to me and proudly telling me how they've sewn their head to the curtains or run themselves over with their own car.

I get the news from either from the papers or from my fellow coworkers since they’re mostly around in their 50s they love talking about the news. So I’m not being ignorant or anything but I tend not to try to follow up so much if nothing major has changed or if major conflicts has not made any improvement.
