Where is the Equestria Girls Universe's Sunset Shimmer?

If pony Sunset went to the human world, I like to believe that human Sunset somehow managed to find a way to Equestria.

My headcannon is that Equestria Sunset... disposed of her when she came to human world and assumed her place in her family. But I know that's too dark for this show.

They don't like to talk about it since Sunny reformed, but the old Sunset was ruthless. Somewhere there is a newly paved road, or a freshly poured concrete basement with a skeleton entombed in it.

At first, not every human has a pony counterpart  and not every pony has a human counterpart (this applies mostly to the background characters), so it can be that an actual human Sunset does not exist.

But should one exist, I assume she lives either in another town/country or she goes to a college instead of a high school.

One theory is that Sunset Shimmer is actually from the human world and somehow wound up in the Equestrian world(Okay, I came up with that theory).
