Techno was quite suppressed when Moon just unexpectedly left and he thought she had become invisible to the timeline as she completely disappeared from Techno's mini-map interface...

Then, he noticed her presence vanished.  "So... something has her scared.  Knowledge that she is afraid I might acquire.  Still...." if he could grin, he would..."I have other matters to attend to.  Let me see....where should I try these abilities out first...."  His mind filled with images of locations around Equestria....

TU: seriously Ennex there are a few abilities that you do not want to test at all. Like the self destruction protocol is literally when every single being in the effected area will attack and kill each other until nobody remains. Plus glitchfest is something that's highly contagious and it would literally cause the whole universe to decompose into nothing so that's something that would kill us all if you tested it Ennex.

" No wait!" Woody said he was going to go after her but figured he'd bring it up when she either wanted to talk about it or had no choice in doing so. Woody decided to wake Ennex with the cold water he had gotten he lifted it with his paws and dumped it on Ennexs unconscious body. "Hey! Wake up! I need to chat with you."

"Self Destruct?  Glitchfest?  Why would I use such things?" he thought to @Techno Universal.  "I already told you, I have no desire to DESTROY Equestria...... I want to CONTROL it!  Mold it into the perfect society.  Without chaos....without individuality..... all controlled by a single consciousness... me."

Suddenly, he lost his focus, and with a flash of light, opened his eyes to look up at Woody.  "ah, the Dragonequus," he said, looking and around.  "I see you have moved me to.... it does not matter."  He effortlessly stood up, and one could see a white glow in his eyes.  "I can see so much more now....

He said pouring two cups of tea with his tail never losing eye contact with Ennex " It's a lot for one pony, Especially one that has no concept of magic use, in general, you are putting yourself at a lot of risk here. My strong spell, My ability to stop time... Like I just did. It... Takes a lot out of me... If I was to do it for more than an hour or two it could very well kill me." He let Ennex Process what he had said taking a drink of the tea he had made  "Casting a spell on every single pony in Equestria... You will die. I know for a fact so I'd stop if I were you, because you're going to lose.

"Sister! Put his on!" Woody had said to Maple handing her the element of Chaos " Ennex is going to do something dangerous if I am correct Control the magic as long as you can. "

Moon floated through the darkness,her eyes closed.She slowly opened them,and once she did,she wished she hadn't.The last nightmare was playing out in front of her,as it had so many times before.Her eyes filled with emotion,first pain,and then anger."That.Is.Enough!"Golden light burst from her horn,ripping away the shadowy image.She then formed it into a mirror that floated in front of her.In it,formed Woody and Ennex.And thus,she heard Woody's words.

Techno then entered the room where Ennex and Woody were and he was waching over the conversation in the background. He then also said to Ennex's mind...

 

TU: Seriously I've always been controlling everything like you want to Ennex but I've designed everything in a way were everyone is individual and unique plus I've designed equestria to accommodate to that. And everyone is happy even though they are under high amounts of control. It's just I'm controlling everything in a way where everyone has freedom at the same time!

He laughed Woody.  "You do not understand.  What I have discovered is not simple 'magic'.  This power goes much deeper than that.  Much more...pure, I would say."  He then looked to the side, as if staring at nothing.  "Oh, and Other, I know you can hear me.  I do not care what this was designed to do... I care about what it CAN do."  A wicked grin spread over his face.  "And what it can do, is finally allow me to reach my ultimate goal."  He leaned forward.  "I will tell you both a little secrete.  Up until now, I have been searching for a way to reawaken the power of Nightmare Moon, and take it for myself.  But now..." he chuckled..."now I see that would have been a waste of time.  There is a much deeper power here, and thanks to your friend, the Other, that power is now mine...."

I would still classify it as magic. and that's coming from someone who also has another reality based on their abilities" He took another drink of tea, Surprisingly calm about the situation especially given what he had revealed he actually laughed a bit at the mention of Nightmare moon " Actually Techno he does know that he's not going to have any luck with that right? I thought Ravage would have told you when he saw it." He figured telling him what he was about to say was irrelevant now. "The thing that caused nightmare moon in the first place is inside of Maple now so even if you found Luna it wouldn't work. I'm not sure how or when it ended up in her but Yea..."

What do I do?I can't tell them the truth...but they are getting suspicious.Techno knows I know something....but he doesn't know what.If I return...no,when I return,he'll expect me to tell him.Oh...

She froze as she heard Ennex speak,his voice slightly distorted by the mirror.

"Perhaps I should return to Manehattan.  I have much to consider now...."

...It doesn't matter.I need to deal with Ennex.But...should I?Hmm...

She turned to stare at the mirror.She narrowed her eyes,and cast a spell.

He stood up and walked over to Ennex staring him dead in the eyes making sure only Ennex could hear him"Quite frankly what you do with this power I really don't care... But if you do anything to my sister I will make sure you don't live to see your plan work." He then stepped away opening the door to the room "Feel free to leave now. however do remember there will always be some form of chaos in the world, no matter what you may do."

TU: Yeah it's like you're making the chaos even worse Ennex by making everyone exactly the same to each other and removing their abilities to think for themselves! Like it's literal slavery Ennex because they won't be able to help themselves at all because of what you've done to them!

Will obeyed and stayed right where he was. He had a horrible feeling that things could go wrong. Nevertheless, he kept hoping that whatever dark forces were scheming, they would soon lose to true friendship and his Changeling kind might one day be accepted by the world as equals.

TU: Well really Ennex there's a better way to do it. Really just reshape and re-engineer the minds of everyone so all of their natural life choices are exactly what you want. It will give everyone the illusion of free will but they are actually just following your command and they can't even see or know it! It's like I can faintly remember doing it already in a perfect society called Troneon that I created. Really all I remember is the society and name of Troneon but I don't remember where it is in the universal network. Anyways do you have any idea why I gave everyone in the rebel group extremely large and cuddly capes? It's really not only for a feeling of safety and comfort but they also have magical properties in them so they can act like shields in a way and also the wearer can even change the temperature on them with their minds. Though the question is how would you handle having a massive cape like ours?

Woody scoffed at him, he just wanted to send him into Dad's realm and leave him there for the rest of his, rather short compared to his, Life but that would put those hiding there at risk "Look Ennex... There's something you're not getting here. Your 'vision' is possibly the worst thing I've ever heard. While it seems grwat now, think about it, not having any friends nor even a brother just mindless drones that all do what you want. Sure they" His paw audibly hit his face "Techno... Giving him ideas? It almost seems like you want him to do this..." He had this look on his face of confused anger knowing techno could see him.

Conflict has to be part of a society, Despite what you may think... Both of you. It will be a part of everything as long as people have true willpower then it will happen it's only natural so get used it! Techno! You are now our enemy since you are helping Ennex with this possession of the world, don't return to this base or you will be attacked as a traitor should be!" There was not a single hint of doubt or joking tone in his voice, he was completely serious about this. There was an inextinguishable fire in his eyes.

TU: Yeah the only thing with Conflict in society is that it will eventually lead to the death of the society and the spices through war. There's a birth and death life cycle with societies to so eventually conflict will lead to everything going downhill only for society to turn against itself and for the whole spices to wipe themselves out into extinction. So without conflict a spices could become virtually immortal and they won't have to worry about killing themselves in war. Well really that's why I want to prevent conflict as it would literally eventually result in a war that puts us into extinction and that's when we'll all be permanently gone from existence.

Moon frowned. She glared at the mirror, and then at her surroundings.She covered her face with a hoof,breathing deeply.She slowly put her hoof back on the floor. She turned back to the mirror.Her face cold with rage,she turned and yelled into the darkness.

"What do you want?!"

She closed her eyes for a few moments.She opened them and after composing herself, opened another mirror in the darkness.

"What are my orders Princess?"

"Hey, Changeling!" Maple said as she passed the training room a 3rd time on her search for Moon "Have you seen Moon around here? She seems to have disappeared. She does that though..." She added the last bit so the changeling wouldn't think she's making baseless accusations.

" Both of you... Leave... or my good mood will run out and I'll show you both what I can do." Woody stormed out of the room in rage. Why would techno be against them now? Is it because it's his data Ennex was using? Or something completely different...
