No, they're just inspired by MLP, which shouldn't break any copyrights. The similarities lie in the main characters, obviously inspired by Celly and Luna, but I think being alicorns and the mane colors are their only similarities, which shouldn't break any copyrights either. The major concern was the timberwolves-like douches, but I've say the comment pointing that out and they seem to take note and fix it.
