I don't have many that I give to them but one in primary school was make up boy as I thought at the time he wore make up , he didn't.

I call my friend Zoey  Zozo. And my little sister is Gingersnap

 

because she y'know... likes gingersnaps.

I'm not saying my nickname, but I used to call my brother Beebop.

I refer to my father and friends as their profile name/gamertag. Except for a few... I call one of my friends toaster, because his gamertag kinda sounded like toaster strudel. I call @Catsle cowboy cause he's from Texas, and I have a friend named Gerardo who we refer to as Jerry.

I have also been given several nicknames by several groups of friends and family... Slender, Ninja, Fluttershy, F, Snowy, and Ani-chan just to name a few.

None but I never call my dad dad I always call him by his first name.
