If it reversed my body into a pony I would not look good. Unless it made me not look like a human forced into a pony like shape. And like an actual normal pony character.

Actually, if parallel universes are real then that means that anything and apeverything you can think of exists in a parallel universe. So make a wormhole, get into the pony universe and the pen you can do that.

Well, transplanting a biological human brain into a foreign body that isn't human is something that is not possible. I don't mean not possible now. I mean never possible. Each organisms brain (the ones that have one) have evolved for specific purposes of that species anatomy. Hell, when writing this I pulled up research on PPID (Cushing's disease for horses) and it's fairly obvious that the hypothalamus and pituitary are ... hold on spammer ... ok back. 

So where was I? Oh yeah. Anyway the nervous and endocrine systems of a human brain won't work in a pronograde system. Now ... you could get into the odd concept of memory transfer only, but that doesn't work like people think it works either. There isn't some central database in your brain that stores all your memory. Even if there was you would have to extract memory related to movement and body awareness or you introduce some serious mental health side-effects.

Interesting, well then just program it into a horse brain or go into a parallel universe like I stated earlier, although maybe it would be easier to make a wormhole, or maybe we just cannot comprehend it right now, who knows.

If we ever come up with the technology to do any of this, I would say its gonna be pretty far into the future, more than likely long after the end of MLP when it's just gonna be a long forgotten TV show of the early 2010's.

Well apparently I've had dreams of creating a society called Troneon and that society is literally a world where ponies and humans are living together in peace. Though the ponies were all robots and they were so advanced to the point that they didn't even seem robotic at first glance and you couldn't even tell that they were robotic unless you actually knew about it. So really maybe I'll be the one to actually create the ponies from MLP and during that process I would probably make myself into my OC Techno using cybernetic technology!

Well, I'm pretty sure someone will try to recreate them someday, maybe even pretty soon...

Manipulating Genes has never been so cheap ever before, and a lot of People already have started creating Photoluminiscent Plants and a Protein that makes you able to

see in the dark like a cat, so why not?

 

I just think doing so might come at a high Price, for example, Artificially created Ponies could have a massive impact on our world's ecosystem.

Anyone read the fanfic; Five Score Divided by Four? ....Anyways, I feel like something similar happened (ponies being 'banished' to Earth with erased memories)/is going to happen (some humans unknowingly used to be ponies [except for myself, but I'm not 100% sold on my own theory yet])/will happen (tons of people eventually turning back into ponies), in real life.

You cannot create what nature will not allow. 

Horses do not have what humans have as far as the brain and other attributes. 

The only way you could have such a thing is if the matrix type computer that could be used to allow this in a completely VR digital world. Then people could be plugged in and lead to believe they are a pony instead of a human and actually live as they do in the show.
