Vince McMahon announced the revival of the XFL recently. It's set to launch in 2020. 

How do you think it'll do? Do you think it'll at least do better than last time?

They sure have to do it better than last time, knowing how hard it failed. While the premise was interesting enough, interweaving it with WWE's product back then killed its credibility and stability as a whole. Thankfully, Vince has learnt from that and the league will hopefully present a in-game product that's entertaining while also providing a platform for the many unrealised talents of college and NFL football to showcase themselves. Not launching it right away will also help ensure it's executed without a hitch and had time to get things together.

I may not be the biggest gridiron fan out there, but if this succeeds, lord knows how it'll change the landscape of the sport and provide an alternative to give the NFL a run for its money. Then again, we'll have to wait to see if it can and we won't know until we judge the first game on its merits.

I'll give you that, it's something that honestly rings more truth given how he's not treated wrestling fans well the past decade.

Then again, given how WWE's become a well oiled machine and financial juggernaught in that time, if the XFL is treated as well as we believe it can it will reap the rewards from what it sows. Also, no connection with WWE outright compared to 2001 can only lead to positives, right? That, or I'm being WAY too optimistic at this stage.

I believe The XFL will survive one year,then fail miserably like last time.
