Addendum by @Passion: There are only two rules listed in OP opening post. Please follow them both.

And oh, have you guys met Leroy Jethro Gibbs, Vance, Kasie, Ducky, Sloane, Palmer and the NCIS squad team (Torres, McGee, and Bishop)?

 I know they live in a different dimension but maybe if there's a problem, they can help. :-) No worries, they're the good guys and will help the entire Equestria in any way. :mlp_yeehaa:

Twilight, have you read some classic works by great authors (such as The Great Gatsby, On the Road, Catcher in the Rye, Catch-22, Fahrenheit 451, The Outsiders, Shakespeare, Kerouac, Jack London, Tennessee Williams, etc)?
