The song is inspired by America the Beautiful and it gives me that tingly sensation when I start feeling patriotic (Weird I know but, I can't help it. USA! USA! USA!)

So I'd give a definite yes. The only other options really would be Pinkie Pie's Parasprite Polka which feels silly, and since Equestria's founding is Hearts Warming Eve, then The Hearts Warming Carol towards the end of season 2 episode 11 could also be considered but neither give off quite the right feeling.
