> One person will ask a "have you ever" question

(i.e. "Have you ever watched My Little Pony?")

> A second person would answer that question, before posing their own

(i.e "Yes, I have watched MLP and I LOVE IT!!!")

Yes, fan fiction writing and yes, in a way lottery counts, except you can be 18 and be legal to pick lotto numbers whereas you have to be 21 to play the tables and slots legally.
