Around midnight last night, I was suddenly ravenous for no obvious reason, so ate a bag of potato chips, that wasn't enough so then a cheese and sandwich spread sandwich. Still, healthier than chocolate! The first choice (which I resisted) ...

Lunch time – vegetable stew, diced carrots & suede (in a packet, was all I could get), onion & parsnip, vegetable stock pot, couple of chopped sausages .....

Hard boiled egg with hot sauce. Oh and an iced coffee!!

Nothing but health food for me today. Started out with a Taco Bell burrito for breakfast, then had a McDonald's Big Mac for lunch, and topped it all off with a Detroit style Pizza Hut pizza for dinner.

It's Friday so use up the fish fingers, fried in olive oil with sliced courgette; potatoes with skins still on boiled with garlic then mashed with a dash of mixed herbs, & a bit of margerine & milk, makes it nice & smooth (it's what my mother used to do) ... ketchup, Himalayan pink salt & black pepper, tea ...

Scrambled egg & beans on toast, the egg was from egg powder, I need to practice this, for example don't use oil! And 50/50 powder & water. Did taste like scrambled egg tho so that's a plus.

I had a Domino’s half and half pizza, one half was pepperoni and the other half was godfather and it had a cheesy crust with some chicken mini meatballs topped with garlic and parmesan aioli on the side, yum yum yummmmmmmmm.

I had a burger from Pattysmith’s called the Pattysmith’s Double With Bacon.
I had it with some yummy fries and a Pepsi Max to drink and it was amazingly yum yum.
