Lunchtime, sausage casserole, same as before, but red pepper insread of yellow, and mushrooms. Not got no Korean pot noodle spice this time tho. So made do with black pepper.

Tonight, cheese & salad sandwich, Russian salad same as above, plus potato chips. (No pix)

Some Polish potato pierogies from a food truck near me! They're sooo good. I get them in their signature style which comes with a little bit of butter, hot sauce, curry powder, cilantro, and sour cream to dip them in! 10/10!
