I had filet mignon steaks, one with Sweet Baby Ray's Barbecue Sauce & A1 Steak Sauce and one with A1 Steak Sauce, they were cooked rare and served with mushrooms & onions and microwave steamed veggies, yum yum.

Sausage casserole, wih mushrooms, fried onion & garlic, red pepper, baked beans, Coleman's casserole sauce with a teaspoon of garam massala, a few mustard seeds, black pepper ...

I ate some cereal and a protein bar.

Using up leftovers - precooked sausages & microwaved potatoes, fried up in a skillet with garlic, courgette, onion, red pepper, half a small can of baked beans. Surprisingly good!

I had a piece of avocado toast. Basically egg salad with mashed avocados, onions and a little mustard mixed in, served on sourdough toast (which I opted over multi-grain toast). It may seem simple but it was so good my soul felt like it was tugging at its moorings to leave my body for the heavenly places. Sorry, no photo here, it didn’t last long enough for me to get my camera on.

Next up: Tiramasu brownies.

Absolutely, I would recommend a Pinot Noir or Cabernet Sauvignon, they go really well with steaks.
