Sunday lunch comprising of pork pie, roast potatoes & parsnips, steamed carrot, mashed potato, Bisto gravy with added garam massala & a bit of chilli powder, tea (no pix).

Pancakes (from pancake mix) sprinkled with lemon juice & sugar (real squeezed lemon), & rolled up...

Haven't done this for a while so I balls'd it up a bit to start with - notes to self, pan must be hot, & put more of the mix in each time, & I can't do pancake tossing so it has to be strong enough to be turned over by alternative means.....

We don't see a lot of pork pie in the USA. At least not as a store-bought product.

I had Beef Eye Fillet steak (Filet Mignon) cooked rare with a special rub with broccolini and mushroom/onion medley on the side with barbecue sauce, yum yum.

I had Jack Daniel’s Barbecue Sauce as the barbecue sauce on the side and Rufus Teague Steak Rub as the rub for the steak.
