Followed by a cheddar, smoked beef sausage, mash potatoes, scllion, bacon, sour scream and chive aioli burger on a briosche bun w/ a side of (supposed to be) sweet potatoes fries.

@TheRockARooster I have tasted Truffles a lot and the flavor or spice on food,  still not a fan and I j just don't get it  but to each their own

So got my fries, was beef burger and fries, but exotic North African style, beef was pulled beef cooked in spices and topped with melted cheese and cooked red onion, on a bun, with a sauce on the side (no idea what), and the fries were coated in something hot and spicy. From the Nour Maisson Cafe in Milton Keynes. Smokin'!

Edit: drink was pink lemonade.
