I suppose this isn't really food but I had a no added sugar (so it's not sweet at all) blueberry, strawberry and banana smoothie.

I had a Betty’s Deluxe with an extra patty on the burger from Betty’s Burgers with fries and drink with tomato sauce/ketchup on the side, yum yum.

Using up leftovers, steamed potatoes & carrots, roast parnsips, onion & red pepper fried in olive oil, half a Cornish pasty.....

Evening, Heinz baked beans & pork sausages on sourdough bread with margerine spread, Worcestershire sauce.

I forgot to add, a cream filled choux bun with caramel sauce drizzled on top.

I resuscitated some leftover sirloin steak. I added  @TheRockAReader's signature mushroom/onion medley, an extra dash of garlic powder, some crumbled bacon and drizzled some Japanese barbeque sauce over it (which blended marvelously with the melted butter). Nuked it all in the microwave and added salt and coarse ground pepper for the win. Tasty!

Sorry, no pictures. It lives on only as a happy memory and contented burp.
