You get whatever type ofpotatoes you like, wash them and/orrinse under water,pierce all over with a fork, put in the microwave for four minutes, when the four minutes is up, turn them over and mic for three minutes.

Smoked haddock, mash & peas; the potatoes were boiled with garlic then mashed with the juices from the fish – no extra 'hydration' required! Himalayan pink salt, black pepper, ketchup, white wine.
