Today, Quiche Lorraine (a posh name for what we used to call 'egg & bacon pie'), & chips, with fried courgette & yellow pepper.

Pastitsio, which is kind of like a Greek lasagna. It was really good actually, but I didn't get a chance to snap a photo. :/

At first I rejected the zero, but that was because I simply didn't understand it. Now I do.

Sausage casserole again, this time the sausages are Lincolnshire recipe (Asda 'special'), mushrooms, yellow pepper, chopped fried onion, a few baked beans, Coleman's sausage casserole mix, & a dash of Korean pot noodle spice sachet (natch!).

Korean pot noodle, couple of crushed crackers in it, cheese sandwich – only used the remains of a previous pot noodle spice sachet so augmented it with a bit of added Garam Masala – yep definitely a leaning towards Indian! :D

Muffin split in half and toasted (you do know British muffins are different from American ones, right?), with melted cheese on. Followed by fruit cake. Followed by crackers with Brie cheese and paté. Got the nibbles! :sealed:

Sausage casserole (yes again!) a Lincolnshire sausage this time, the remaining cast are the usual suspects, mushrooms, potato, yellow pepper & onion fried in olive oil for a few minutes first; half a small tin of baked beans, Coleman's casserole mix with some water, & a dash of Korean pot noodle spice sachet (only a dash!)

Oo mama! :pinkie:

My simple "before driving to work" breakfast,

Oat, almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, sunflower seeds and a little rose hip powder. Eat with "fake" milk.

Maybe it sounds over-ambitious, but you feel good and I like to start the day like that. Then there is always far too much coffee to be "normal" during the early day ^_^
