A baked potato done in the microwave, filling was Cheddar cheese, baked beans & tinned tomatoes, dash of Worcestershire sauce, black pepper.....

Eggs Benedict, 2 eggs, 3 bacon, spinach, red pepper & courgette, on toasted muffin, Hollandaise sauce, Himalayan pink salt & black pepper, tea – Mr. Kipling cherry bakewell to finish.....
