Status Updates

sorry if its obvious to everyone else,but it's my first time using forums
i see people making Status updates and i've been searching for 2 days now and i can't find how to make one myself.thanks in advance

When you click on your profile, you will see a tab labelled Edit Profile in the upper-right hand corner. Right under the Date of Birth entry, you will see a switch named Enable Status Updates. Once you switch it, you will be able to post your own Status Updates, and other users will be able to comment on your profile as well.
