Get David Kaye, the voice of Beast Wars era Megatron, as well as Sessomaru from Inuyasha. 

Or Ron Pearlman, voice of Hellboy, Deathstroke, and The Litch from Adventure Time. 

Heck, Paul Dobbson still on the cast. He played good villains in the form of Star Scream from Transformers Armada and Naraku from Inuyasha. 

So is Brian Drummond, famous for his portrayals of Zechs Merquis from Gundam Wing, Ryuk from Death Note, and of course the initial dub of Vegata from DBZ.

Charlie Adler sounds close to the Michael Bell Grogar voice. Look at Super-Skrull from Marvel vs. Capcom 3.
