Starlight Glimmer - Sugar Belle episode?

I always felt like Starlight's apology towards the town ponies should have been dealt with more weight to it. How would you set up the synopsis for a hypothetical episode about Starlight Visiting her old village right after season 5's final battle? No limitations to it.

And for that matter, how would you make a Starlight - Sugar Belle episode somewhere in season 6 or 7? (could include or be replaced with any other pony from the town)

I'ts also because that we can pretty much ignore and move on from the other characters, but Sugar Belle is impossible to walk away from by now. So she represents Starlight's inevitable past.
