Not eating anything to avoid seeing your Vomit: not doing anything is worse just to avoid seeing what you are.

Swallow the food and not vomiting: accept yourself and digest what is in you. Accepting yourself. 

Ending up pooping: that is the by product of yourself. It smells and bad at first BUT. if you know how to use your: poop(biproduct of yourself) poop can be a fertilizer and actually a great help if used properly.

Burry the poop.: The process of properly using yourself.

The flower blooms and it is beautiful: the outcome of your work will be beautiful.

Feeling alright, but more contemplative than usual.

I finished my master's degree two weeks ago, and have been enjoying the new free time that has afforded me. I'll be starting a new job in 3 weeks which pays significantly more than my current one and is actually in the industry I want to work in (finance), so that's exciting. I've purchased a coach to try and take my workouts to the next level now that I'll have increased time to do them. 

This morning, I found out that my ex-girlfriend has a new partner - we didn't really 'split up' so much as 'fizzle out unceremoniously' so it came as a surprise and it hurts, but I also acknowledge that I neglected her while working on the vast majority of the things I've listed above, so it's my fault for not properly prioritizing things in my life. I hope she is happy.

It's always humbling when you turn a new corner in life and are so incredibly pleased with yourself and your accomplishments, only to be reminded that everything in life has a cost and that something has to be sacrificed for you to achieve your goals. Take nothing for granted, people - and don't end up sacrificing the wrong thing for the sake of your own ambition. Reading this back I sound like a 70 year old - I'm only 26 I swear!

Feeling pretty emotionally drained from experiences today, been through a lot in my mind but I'm not giving up. There's got to be sunshine at the end of the rainbow somewhere, or maybe rainbow Dash lol. I'm not stopping until I find myself in that better state of being, I'm going to keep smiling.

Awww silky that is beautiful! Thank you so much for your support in saying that your proud of me, I can get through this. It's difficult no doubt, but I know it's not impossible. Gosh I needed to hear that, I'm laughing.

Yeah I'm agreeing with what princess Silky said I've been going through a lot in my life in terms of dealing with crazy drivers on the road and even stressful moments at my full time dishwasher job. So we all share similar life experiences 😁 (sent with gentle tone)
