movies/tv Who will win the streaming wars?

I think Netflix is definitely the loser out of those three since they've yet to turn an actual profit from what I here. Instead they've constantly reinvested in themselves and to acquire more titles, but that's not sustainable in the long run because you can only grow so big, and now they have serious competition to go up against, and with Disney in particular, that means they can pull a ridiculous number of movies and shows that they own from other streaming platforms, so they're really your only option. I don't think Disney will get as much out of this as they hope to but that it'll still perform well. HBO, I have no idea since GoT was there lifeblood as far as I can tell.

Regardless of who wins, I'm getting access to the shows I want to see whether it's Lemony Snicket's Series of Unfortunate Events or Carmen Sandiego on Netflix, Futurama and Family Guy, Tiny Toons and Anamaniacs on Hulu, and all the Disney Stuff I can find on DisneyPlus

A Dragon as big as his love for Disney and has his head in the clouds literally and figuratively

Far too many services and still too early to tell, but I will say this much; I sure as hell hope Disney doesn't become the one on top in this market. Disney is already far too powerful in media. They own so much and yet they continue to acquire more. All of this is wrapped up in a terrible philosphy where Disney seems to want to play it safe with all of their main properties, making them feel like generic cash cows at this point. Out of all the services, Netflix is actually my favorite right now because they seem to be the opposite of what Disney is currently. Netflix actually invests in a lot of creative new ideas while having almost none of the boundaries a company like Disney would have. Sure there's Hulu which is actually owned by Disney, but most people don't seem to know that. Hulu is pretty decent, but to me it serves a different function. It is more in the "cable replacement" category than most others.

Oh god, Swedish Netflix sucks so much compared to U.S. Netflix, and hearing this doesn't make things any better! :scoots:
