Colt picked up rain and flew her back to the house she ran from, he flew inside and placed her on the floor

Rain struggled and trashed on the floor. "Let me go!" she screamed, but she couldn't hear herself through the pounding in her head. She felt like she was going to explode. "Let me GO!!!"

As he was laid down into the house, Cricket lost his focus on the magic surrounding his legs and let out a deep sigh of relief. "Thank you man. I owe you." he turned to Rain, who looked distraught and furious at the same time, and gulped.

All Maynard remember was waking up. Waking up to a pegasus flying away from him, presumably to go help someone else. As his memory came back, Maynard pieced the story back together: He entered Ponyville at what seemed the worst time possible, to see everypony in panic. Then, that pegasus.

Did he just fly me here? That must of made me black out... WAIT. My sling.

Maynard reached his hoof down to his flank.

No sling.

In shock, Maynard stood up, the world spinning around him. He could barely support himself because of the dizziness, but he had to find his sling.

"Where is it?!" he yelled, sloppily running and stumbling.

"What is WRONG with you people?! My foster dad is in there! Let me help him!" She tried to stand up and leave again, but couldn't even rise.
