Aside from the obvious answer of money, I'd probably change my physical appearance. Nothing too drastic, just removing acne scars, stretch marks, etc.

My college life, I really fucked up on that one. I always say to those who wants to give up college especially those who are close to being done.  I feel ya but please don't do it. It's worth not it. Think you're already feeling shitty trying to complete college? Trust me. You will feel 10x worst if you don't finish it.
