Episodes that focused on the wrong character?

Have you ever felt like there was an episode of My Little Pony Friendship is Magic that focused on the wrong character? Like maybe a Rainbow Dash episode that should have been about Twilight, or a Fluttershy episode that should have been about Scootaloo? If so, what episodes are they, who was the wrong character, and which character should if had focused on instead?

28 Pranks Later should have been dealing with Discord instead of RD. 28 Pranks Later goes against stuff RD learned in Griffon The Brush Off, not to mention coming shortly after Newbie Dash in the same season, it was literally the last thing she needed, the writers were just punishing you for being a RD fan at this point. In contrast basically Discord's entire character since his """"reformation"""" was spent on him being a gigantic asshole torturing everyone, and either receives a mere slap on the wrist, gets away with it, or is outright rewarded for it. Something like 28 Pranks Later was made against Discord it might have actually both made sense and been satisfying to watch

I understand, but I really don't see Discord pulling a prank like that on Fluttershy. He defenitly should have been in the episode though, cause you know he would have taken great pleasure in taking part in the prank on Rainbow Dash.

Pinkie Apple Pie should have focused more on Pinkie and how she felt about her new "family" rather than the Apples trying to act perfect around her. Would have been much more interesting in her perspective since while she is used to being around Applejack, Pinkie has not been around the rest of the family much.

It doesn't have to be Fluttershy he pranks at the beginning, it could be a different character completely. Besides, it's not like that's ever stopped him from putting her life in jeopardy for kicks like in A Matter of Principals, or just the entirety of the final season(which, again, he got away with both of those, and in the case of A Matter of Principals, got rewarded for it)

"Do Princesses Dream of Magic Sheep?" should have been focused on Princess Luna and Celestia. Luna may have been in the episode, but it doesn't give any insight into her. And there was no reason for Celestia to be excluded from a problem that also involved her. Luna may have said that Celestia had no power in the dream world, but she still brought in the Mane 6 and other sleeping ponies, so there was ultimately no excuse for her sister's exclusion. Perhaps there could be some unresolved issues between the sisters, but the show never took a look those issues.

I felt Filli Vanilli should've focused on Sweetie Belle instead of Fluttershy, IMO.
