Will the movie VAs ever return for G5?

As you know, Tell Your Tale and Make Your Mark have a different voice cast than the movie.

Was it unrealistic to expect the cast of the movie to return for the series? Is there any chance of the movie VAs reprising their respective roles?

It would be really jarring if they kept going back and forth between casts so I think they'll just stick to the Tell Your Tales actors.

I agree. Not only that, but it would be expensive to keep the celebrities around. They might not even want to stick with the franchise for that long.

Yeah I really doubt they were ever planning on keeping the movie VAs. Between how much it costs to keep them around and (assumption incoming) the actors likely having all sorts of other projects they want to be involved in which would conflict with working on MLP, it was inevitable. I can only see them coming back for another feature film project, but by then I think everyone will be used to the current actors!

It's best to just keep the current TYT VA's. Less expensive than the movie VA's.

I don't want them the movie VAs to return at any point because I'm already used to the regular VAs, which would be make it confusing and annoying if the VAs changed again.

I think they’d only bring them back if they happened to make another movie.

I doubt it. If they were, they would have kept them for all. Even if they make another movie, it'll probably be with the "non celebrity" voice actors, as changing voices usually isn't well received. 

I, somewhat, think the "celebrity" actors were for the planned theater release that never happened. If the theater release wasn't planned, I'd bet there wouldn't have been celebrity's in the first place.

Am I the only one getting deja vu here?  It was unrealistic back then, and it's still unrealistic now. Nothing has changed the fact that these movie VAs are on a higher payroll, and now, it would be even weirder for them to return now that fans have gotten used to the new voices of the characters.

it would be veryvery cool if the movie VAs came back but i dont think they will. :< i really do like the new ones though!!!

No.  It would make no sense for them to be replaced in the first place if they were going to come back later.
