    Outside of catching up on Make Your Mark, I've been watching the new Futurama episodes as they release. I like it.

    I have a long list of books I've been meaning to read for quite a while now and unfortunately I have yet to read any of them but "Pit Bull: The Battle over an American Icon" by Bronwen Dickey has had its grip on my brain for a good couple of days and I don't mind it at all. Its a great book about the history of the breeds and so much more. I'm not even a huge dog person, but its an incredible intersection of history and biology so I soak it all up. I'm not done with it yet, but I would still highly recommend it to anyone who finds animal stuff interesting, and especially to people who want to learn about pit bull type dogs.

    I would make videos about whatever subjects I'm currently interested in. Right now it would be some horrendous mix of MLP, FFXIV, and uhh maybe pet site stuff. The videos would probably just be general discussion videos or maybe something more artsy like PMVs or speedpaints or something. Every once in a while I'm tempted to go through with it but alas... video editing is not my passion.

    Incredibly late to the party but I just finished Chapter 2 and eh it was okay. Fun to binge and it piqued my interest for future developments just fine.

    Interest in this site waned for a good year it looks like but it started to crop up again soooo I'm back to post some old art! I actually did end up making full refs for the #blightbesties with just some minor design changes. I really like how they turned out and I wish I got around to sharing sooner!

    Yeah no way I'm buying it at full price. Hopefully I'll get my hands on a used copy or it'll go on sale for significantly cheaper. I'm watching someone's playthrough and I do think I would enjoy it to a degree but it really isn't worth that much. I get that it costs time and money to make games and devs deserve to be fairly compensated, but there are so many other games I could buy for that amount or less while getting more play time out of it.

    While I definitely I prefer the movie over this special, I still think it was pretty good! Has me very excited for the series.

    Got myself a copy today! I really like the art, and even though some of what's to come has already been revealed through later issue synopsis I'm still excited to see how everything plays out. I also just love this Izzy... So sweet.

    Something about the visuals still looks really off to me but I was decently immersed by the end of the clip. Hooray for the bare minimum! I'm a little more excited for the special than I was previously.

    I think the series is just ok, but nice. The episodes being five minutes means I don't really lose much by watching and I always like seeing more of characters I'm fond of. I'll have to think of episode ranking later, but my favorite so far would probably be between The Unboxing of Izzy and Foal Me Once.

    Managed to watch the episode through a re-upload I found on YouTube and I enjoyed it. Though it kind of feels similar to T.U.E.S. Day, it has a nice ending with everyone I think.

    It's way too soon to say whether or not she's being flanderized. Like, all we have of her is the movie and TYT, highly comedic five minute shorts. She hasn't really had good opportunities to express a character beyond "silly goofy crafter with mild social problems" and honestly I think that's fine enough for now. The Make Your Mark special is right around the corner, so we'll probably get something a little deeper soon.

    I like the idea that Sparky is a different species of dragon and also the evolution explanation. They make enough sense and fit in best with the idea most people have regarding dragon development.

    This one was cute! I think it was nice that they were honest to Izzy about having forgotten about T.U.E.S. Day because it would have been very easy to lie about it.

    Been a crazy week so I made a bunch of OC concepts and an actual reference for another one! They're for a story I want to write about Scila Bell. I might make a separate thread just full of OC stuff if I'm able? Not sure! Anyways, expect a series of really simple refs for the #blightbesties in the future.

    No, because I never considered myself part of the fandom. Jokes aside, it's more like I've seen way too many moments that made me swear off ever actually joining. I'm fine right here watching everything unfold from my little hill.
