My point is, we don't know if it's her. It's probably her, but it could also have been a changeling(unlikely) or (more likely) the spirit of harmony since it does take the form of Twilight, adding to that, the Twilight in the message is sparkling or at least a little see-through.

changelings were the first tribe to learn friendship and continued to believe in it even when a war between tribes almost started (the whole disaster with the missing students), and i can see ocellus or thorax leaving the message in hopes to reach the right pony in the future. if it’s an incarnation of the spirit of magic, then it could be a great introduction for the new mane 6 to the elements of harmony. after misty joined and seeing how they all got their cutie marks, we can agree they embody the elements. or it could just be twilight. but! we’ve only just discovered an entire dragon population is still alive somewhere so we’ll have to see.
