I'm not sure if you're referring to dark mode for this site or for Windows in general. I'll assume that you are talking about for this site.

MLPF doesn't have an official dark mode, but our lovely support pony @Rikifive has made a wonderful mod that allows for it. It's fittingly called Luna theme. I'll link it for you:
