the last bit in Shine Like Rainbows is so hard, but i'm having so much fun playing this game 

i also recorded me playing through all 3 songs, both on Easy and Normal. is that ok? i gave credit and did all the stuff YouTubers do. hopefully i did everything i should do. also, i thought i had to give only normal. i can give my easy mode screenies, too. just give me a moment to play the easy mode XD

Why, yes! It's absolutely okay, you didn't even have to credit me, nor anything, so no worries.  I'm actually happy you were willing to record gameplay, I even encourage you to link/embed your video here if you want!

I was so curious, that I flipped the entire YouTube upside down to find your video, and watched all of it! You're such a nice person!  I love the positive vibe and genuine fun you had while playing it, that's the spirit!  It was really nice to watch you play it. ❤

I agree with your feedback, I did plan to add a countdown or something, to let the player get prepared. I'll keep it in mind if I'll be working more on it.

 

As for the badge, it's either difficulty - The requirement is just to play the two new songs, it can be done in any difficulty.
Also, I didn't mention that in the rules, because I didn't expect anyone to be willing to record them playing - but honestly, just posting a gameplay video would totally count as well, of course as long as the three details from the result screens (song title, Completion Rate, and UID) would be visible - your video captures everything.

Hello hello all! Attached are this pics of myself playing the game with all the effort I put into it knowing there is only a few days left to try. Yes both were on normal, yes it was like trying to play whack-a-mole on fast-forward with an arm tied behind my back with razor wire. Also the clubs grip is spiked.

I tried doing this, but the prompts are just way too fast for me. My reaction time is pretty abyssmal to say the least. Oh well. I'm not going to complain about it.

You can try reducing the speed of the notes in the options.   You can also configure the layout and controls there, perhaps adjusting things to your preferences could help make it a bit more enjoyable.

Do you find the "easy" mode to be still too difficult? Perhaps I should adjust it a bit further.

That's one of the disadvantages of getting older: You become slower in terms of reaction. If I were younger, I might have been able to handle both easy and normal.

No need to adjust it any further since it ends in a short while.

That's... true, but I still would like everyone to be able to enjoy it, at their own pace. I may consider adding an even easier difficulty.

This season does indeed end shortly, but I'm taking notes of the feedback I get for potential reruns in the future, if I'd happen to release the game once again.

 

Either way, don't feel bad. That's no competition, any score works for the badge. It's important to just have some fun, even if it would be randomly slapping the keyboard/phone while listening to some songs
