I'm not sure. For me, chaotic good means you're willing to go 180 in chaotic mode so long as it's for the greater good. I know @Sir Hugsalot is Lawful Good so my chaotic good dynamic was perfect against anyone finding "lawful loopholes" against the good. And we always shook things up with that combination.

I don’t fully understand the concept of the staff alignment chart, TBH.

What is the biggest goal you have as an Administrator/leader that you haven’t been able to accomplish yet?

This is a good question.

My biggest goal that I have failed is getting amazing people to see amazingness in each other and bond with each other rather than hide behind me and not connect with each other whether it be because of perceived politics, beliefs, etc.

I know so many people and see so many things that I must be silent about and I find myself saying “if only these two knew just how similar their lives are. Their journey. Their thoughts, inner beings… yet they avoid each other over such petty illusions, what a pity that is.” 
 

That is why I keep trying to come up with engaging events to get people to bond but always some freakin rascal trying to sneak in topics that cause divisions so I’m like JEKTJFJTITKRRI  reeeeeee

Depends on what era you live in.
If you lived in the early, settling ages of Japan; anyone could become a samurai. The government needed them, and there were people that needed to rise above their poor status.
If you lived in the height of the samurai era, the only way to become one was to be born into a samurai family. For a long while, everyone was locked into a caste system.
Eventually when Japan entered an era of peace and international prosperity, no one was allowed to be a samurai anymore. The entire class was abolished.
By today's standards?  That's a little harder to say. But at bare minimum, you do need to have a code of honor, you need to swear loyalty to a higher power, and you need to be ready to do the work of a soldier. And remember, this is an official position, meaning you'd have a job. You are employed to be a samurai. It loses its meaning if people just go around calling themselves samurai, just because they have a sword or some fancy armor.

Closest I've had is Chinese food at my local restaurants, and those aren't authentic Chinese, just Americanized versions of their food. 
Still good, but I still want to try the real deal.

If you could be a friend of any pony/creature from any generation of MLP who would you choose and why? 

 

I don't know enough about previous generations, to be honest. 
For G4, any pony/creature would be nice. But if I could be a royal guard, I'd beam with pride at the chance to serve Princess Celestia. I'd even be the happiest stallion in the world if I got to be her friend.
While I haven't seen much of G5, it would be a tie between Hitch and Zipp. I admire Hitch's sense of duty, service, and justice. But Zipp is just the coolest, not sure what else to say.  I deeply admire Sunny for the fact that she was an Earth pony that became an Alicorn, but if I had to hang out with any of them, it'd be either Hitch or Zipp.

I've always liked reading, so maybe Twilight. The librarian, not the princess. But there are so many characters, that probably if you asked in a couple of weeks, I would have a different answer.

The Staff Alignment Chart... I forgot that that was its name. It will be a bit bitter sweet for me, but I'm curious as to how it will turn out.

Bittersweet? Aww, no worries. The memories are what matter when changes take place. Which alignment chart were you in? May I see it? I would be most curious to see your alignment. I am sorry for not knowing, already, I must have missed it or I cannot find the chart in particular, for some reason. But you can post it here to share with everyone.

I was in the original chart where I was described as being Lawful Neutral and being fluent in anything Equestria Girls. I don't remember where the chart is so you might have to go and look for it.
