PLEASE DON'T HATE ME FOR MAKING A SAD APPLEJACK SONG! :(

 

Ok....now that THAT is out of the way, this song was inspired by a chapter of the fanfic called "Scorched"

I am very proud of this song, but I realize it isn't perfect. I'm far from being a music pro. I still have a lot to learn, and i'm willing to accept constructive criticism. My mixing and mastering skills are very poor, as you can probably tell lol.

 

This song was created with FL Studio 9, Vengeance Sound Pack 4, and ReFX Nexus 2.2

I liked it.

 

I would have given those strings at the middle part a little longer attack and release, but thats just me.

 

Its good to see some other than electric stuff every now and then. Nice job.

It took me forever to get the strings to sound decent lol. I agree that they could use some extra tweaking though

I love it! I really like songs like this! It's very good and I'm glad you did it for Applejack since she doesn't get enough songs :)

You did an amazing job! All your music is amazing, whether you believe it or not. I feel like the cover art I did for you doesn't really do the song justice. :blink:

AJ doesn't get enough attention or love period unfortunately, not just fan content.

 

This is really good :3 It's very beautiful to listen to, and though it is a bit sad, it's also soothing. Nice job, dude, can't wait to see what other kinds of work you come up with in the future <3

I have not read that fanfic,

 

but the song itself is very beautiful and majestic. Sad, yet mysterious. Job well done!

 

Music needs to do three things to be great: Sound good and harmonious, capture many instrumental elements, and portray emotion. This does all three :)

You should give the fanfic a try sometime. It's a well written, beautiful story. It is a romance fic though.... But no worries, it's not the dirty kind :P
