I also want an official reason for why she can't fly Octavia would be my second choice. Mainly for the fact that she is mysterious and pretty I'm interested in finding out more about her. I hope they do eventually, but they wouldn't be the cutie mark crusaders if they had they're cutie marks I'll give the writters some credit though. I hope that they can evolve the characters and give them they're cutie marks. It could be a day in the life of Celestia episode, when we could see what celestia really is like all those days in Canterlot. Similar to what they do in some Sci-fi shows where the people behind the scenes get a day. Ie. Babylon 5, Star Trek Voyager.
