I am going to die, he then realizes. *Hugs Daeva* "Why would you do this, you know Blaze loves you, and you love him back. You've made so many wonderful friends now, even if one of them is a dunce when it comes to ladies. Come on Daeva, time to cool off and see your special somepony."

Starbolt saw Daeva she knew they were in trouble.

Starbolt concentrated and was surrounded by a light blue glow she fired a wave of water towards Daeva.

Anything that was hit by the water was frozen solid.

"Carrick think of something I'll hold her off with Hypno." She said to Carrick.

Starbolt noticed Quick fly to Daeva, but it was to late to stop the wave of freezing water.

Quick was holding onto Daeva, but her demonic side told her to back off and knocked him straight at the wave of Starbolt's freeze wave.

 

Daeva saw Quick freezing into solid ice, she knew it wouldn't take long before he dies from a frostbite.

 

"I'm sorry Quick." she said as she dodged the water.

Thunder had seen all the violence and flown away to find a full sized thunder cloud. "Hey Daeva!" He called before jumping up and down on the cloud causing it to send lightning bolts at her.

Starbolt saw Quick freeze.

Fae flew towards Quick and began to thaw the ice with a flame spell.

Starbolt also put up a barrier between Fae and Daeva.

"Carrick what do we do?" She asked him frantically.

Carrick slowly thought of an idea, "I've got something." Carrick held the MP bomb in his hand, "Starbolt, fire that water wave one more time. I might be able to create a giant ice bomb with the MP bomb. If the ice bomb is at least close to her it might be able to weaken her down. Maybe to get some sense into her." Carrick said as he waited for the water attack again.

This is really bucking cold, he thought while falling, What an embarrassing way to die. Fall to my death. Maybe I'll freeze first. I hope they don't kill her. I hope they remember to feed the dog phosphorous. I hope Blaze and Daeva can live their lives together. And I really hope that Carrick gets some BUCKING MARE SENSE. Did he really think she'd just sit there and take that? Ugh, was he a recluse all his life? Jeez!

Starbolt levitated Quick's frozen form out of the way and fired another wave of freezing water.

Fae continued to thaw the ice.

She waited for Carrick to make his move.

The lightning bolts were too fast for Daeva to dodge, so she placed a purple barrier that took two blows before it broke. The last one hit Daeva but it wasn't nearly enough to knock her out.

 

"I'VE HAD ENOUGH!" she yelled at the top of her lungs, multiple waves of purple energy was sent around her causing things to shake and break. The floor started to crack as if there was a giant earthquake and the clouds were blown off in different directions.

 

The wave of freezing water was knocked away by the demonic energy but a few drips of it touched her right wing and she went crashing down onto the floor, she stood back up and the energy stopped radiating from her.

Carrick took a deep breath, timing was essence for this to work at all. Distractions need to be at the right time, the throw must connect right on the ground which then would touch the frozen water which would create and explosion of ice. Needs to be where Daeva is going not where she is. The giant earthquake shook Carrick, but he did his best to keep himself steady as the water still was going.

 

One more deep breath and than he chuck the bomb. He fell down right after. The throw was steadily as it slowly next to the freezing water....

Thanks to the frost, he now couldn't see. However, he new that a combination of Fae's fire and purple shock waves had broke him free. Because he's certifiably crazy loyal, he shut his eyes, used his MP sense to find Daeva, and flew towards her again. Back to hugging her, he said, "Please go back to normal so we can land and I don't get frostbite,"

Starbolt was thrown backwards hitting a tree, she sat up dazed.

Fae finished thawing Quick,and cast a little healing magic to patch him up.

"Fae!" Starbolt yelled. Fae flew towards her already knowing what she wanted, and in an instant they both disappeared.

Hypno's power had ran out, he changed back to his normal form. It seemed like this problem was coming to a end anyways. He walked back into the house and found Snow "Hey again." he said kindly as he sat next to her and promptly passed out from exhaustion.

Thunder opened up his saddlebags and started throwing MP bombs at Daeva. "Will you cut this out. It is very annoying and frankly, evil doesn't become you." He yelled down at her as he pelted her with bombs.

"Stay out of this Quick, I.. I can't.. control.." said Daeva before she knocked him back and landed on the floor from the frozen wing.

 

Daeva saw Starbolt and Fae disappear, but she wasn't a problem.

 

Thunder was throwing bombs at her but she managed to doge all of them and that's when she saw Hypno flying back inside the cabin, she flew down and casted a spell around her that will temporarily protect her from any spell for a short period of time.

 

She went over and knocked Carrick down, "YOU DID THIS TO ME!" she said in a deep voice.

He got up, shaking himself and looking sad, pads up to her fallen form. He knelt next to her, and whispers,"You are who you want to be Daeva. The demon will try to make you feel hopeless and lost, but you are who you want to be. We need you Daeva."

Carrick felt the quick hit of Daeva. She screamed at him "YOU DID THIS TO ME!"

 

Carrick stared at her, "No, I didn't do anything, you're the one who did this to yourself. Instead of talking to Blaze you went in and assumed the worst. Maybe I am right and maybe I'm wrong about the lust, but would Blaze be happy if he saw this? You willing to kill all of your friends. Would he be happy that he saw me dead? I think you know the answer. "

Quick looked at him, "Carrick, if we both make it out of this alive, I am so going to backhand you," he says, picking up his now slightly mangled flight goggles that happend to land ther and putting them on. His MP sight was going crazy. Daeva please, don't be infuriated. Please come back. You can do this, you're strong.

After Daeva heard what Carrick & Quick the demon was caught off guard and Daeva fought back, she took control of her body and mind again and looked at both of them.

 

"What just happened? Why is everypony looking at me like that?" she said as she had no idea what just happened for the past hour.

 

Daeva heard a voice saying..

 

"I'll be back.."

Carrick gave a big sigh, he got up and went up to Quick. "I know what I'm doing. I've dealt with this situation before. I've seen ponies who've tried to kill me. To blow me up, to burn into pieces, and now a demon. So don't ever give me that."

Daeva looked around her, trying to remember what she was doing for the past hour but she couldn't.

 

She saw Carrick walking over to Quick, she saw that he didn't look quite good.

 

"Did I do this Carrick?" she asked.

Starbolt woke up, she looked around and all she saw were trees in every direction.

"Fae, are we?" She asked.

'Deep in the forest.' Fae replied.

"We better get back to the others, Daeva might be hurting them we better hurry." She said as Fae and Starbolt both prepare to cast a teleportation spell.

 

(OOC Dawnpath I keep thinking of Lulu when I use Fae.

He raises his hoof, then sets it down, then punches him in the shoulder, "You really, really can't talk to ladies. And as a direct result, I have been frozen, frost-bitten, blown up, and blinded temporarily. Did you just, like, skip all the school dances, or are you just ignorant of the fact that sometimes you should wait before accusing somepony that they don't love somepony else?"

"I'll accuse what I want," Carrick grabbed Quick's punch. "You seem to be blinded by the fact that you don't understand romantic relationships. I'll be honest that I don't know if I'm good at talking to mares about relationships or not, but I know what love is. You DON'T FALL IN LOVE in a few days. That's not how it works. Could Deava relationship grow into love? Yes, it can, but at this point it isn't love."
