It's time. Corpus sine pectore went on to look at the other pony.When I do this spell, I will be defenseless for a certain amount of time. I'll be able to guard everypony in this tower from the spell itself I made this runic spell that it would not destroy a certain area which includes this building. After that I'll need to recharge to be at at least half strength. When that happens, we need Zeriff to guard the tower. He should be able to hold off some of those ponies if they stay alive.

 

"Don't worry, I'll take care of everything when you're in that state. Let us finally show the ponies of Equestria the truth"

Snow had been quiet for most of the investigation of finding Carrick Murphy. She already told the group of how much she disliked him. She had followed the group of Hypno while the others had split looking for something. She looked down as a glow of red was under her hooves. "Uh, we might have a problem..."

The ground is glowing. Runes! Damn it! I thought we had more time! He flys down to try to destroy them, and immediatly jumps back holding his hoof. Manaburn! Owowowowowow Damn it! "We have a problem," he announces.

"We may want to run," Snow suggested. She wasn't sure what this rune was, but if from the looks of the it. This was only a small part of it out of a bigger circle. She wasn't sure how big, but it could be as big as this city...

Starbolt noticed the rune. "What does this rune mean?" She asked Fae

'Starbolt we have to get out, now!' Fae told her.

"Find Blaze quickly!" She told Fae.

Fae flew toward the direction Blaze went.

Hypno looked around, then back to Snow. He hovered above the ground to escape the feeling of heat some what, then picked up Snow with his hooves to do the same with her and hovered above the ground. "Should we run out of here?" He asked the group.

Blaze was flying in the air above the carriage when he looked down and ssw it, a massive destruction rune, and it was being charged. "OH GOOD MOTHER OF CELESTIA!" Blaze screamed "A RUNE THAT BIG WILL LEVEL THE ENTIRE CITY. " Blaze saw the rune was surrounding one building in general. Aha so that is where they are hiding Blaze thought, it will take maybe a good 15 to 20 minutes to charge a rune this size. I need to find Carrick before then. " Ok guys, I need you to go find Starbolt, Thunder and Hypno. And I need you guys to evacuate yourselves immediately. I got to go do something by myself." Blaze said.

 

(( Cloud this is where Daeva protests and eventually follows Blaze, and where Zerrif first introduces himself and cuts Blazes wing, Understand?))

Starbolt knew this was not good. She also knew the general direction where the magic was coming from.

She ran towards the source a bit panicked.

Fae saw Blaze she flew towards him and tried to get his attention. She realized he saw the rune and just stopped hovering there.

Hypno nodded to Blaze, and started to fly out of the city with Snow. He was trying to see what was happening with the rune, and trying to see how big it was. He flew up slightly higher, holding Snow tight below him.

 

Clocks started to feel the heat "DA FUQ!" He yelled as punched the ground right in the face he looked at Aces "Carreh meh..." He said with a frowny face.

 

Aces sighed, he walked over and picked up Clocks and flew off towards Starbolt, seeing that's the only person he could see that was in their group.

Starbolt saw the two ponies chasing after her. She was angry but she calmed herself down.

The glow of runes on the ground grew brighter. "We better hurry." She said to Clocks.

 

Fae followed Blaze still unsure how they will do this.

Clocks had Aces fly him down next to Star "We need ta get outta of here, now." He said as he went to grab her to fly off. "Carrick probably isn't even here." he said "If they are going to total da city they aren't going to stick around"

"Let me go! He is here! I need to help him!" She said frantically struggling to get free of Clock's grip.

"We need to stop them!" She yelled at the two ponies.

 

Fae felt the rune building up. It was going to detonate soon she could feel it.

"We can't, we just need to run for our rum now. Da city will evacuate anyways. And i know he isn't here... Now c'mon." he said still holding on as he started to leave the ground and fly away.

Starbolt knew she couldn't get fight the two ponies. She let herself be carried away.

"Are you sure?" She said to Clocks. "What about the city? Many ponies will die if we don't stop their spell." She Said.

"We can't stop it, and i could care less bout a few ponies who were too stupid to stay there." Clocks said rather gruffly as they flew off and exited the city.

 

Hypno knew he couldn't do anything further. So he turned around and started to fly off.

Starbolt found Clocks selfish. She said nothing as she was carried by Clocks. 'I just hope he won't decide to suck my blood.' She thought to herself. "So where are we going?" She asked Clocks.

"Forest" He said simply as they flew off. The exited the city and entered a small forest just outside Fillydelphia. The three landed, and Clocks let go of Starbolt. Clocks tried making his accent normal to explain this "Ah, well, what he has been feeding that mare is not entirely true." He started off recycling his words "In fact he sits on a throne of lies." He then said. "Hypno usually says that he came from a family that owned a watch shop, and gives them his fake name. Stop Watch. That was his name his adopted parents gave him, and his adopted parents did own a watch shop. shop... about 60 years ago." he explained

 

"He also says that he has only been a vampire for about 5 years, meaning he would be 23... this is also quite untrue. He says that me and him were the same age, but my style is quite outdated obviously, and the mob... That's about 50 years ago... While i'm about 70 years... Hypno has been alive a looooong time. And i'm sure you've noticed his odd very outdated style too. I would say about... 1500 years." He explained.

 

"Hypno, came from the desert, far from here. Him and his twin brother. Hypno, The keeper of the sands, and Blood, the terror of the Desert. They were tasked at guarding something, mainly because of their eye powers, that were in their family. To guard a special sand, that is infused with blood. Blood sand, they call it. It was kept in a hourglass, rather regular size. And a very special pair of magical staffs. Hypno would be the pony on the inside, while Blood would guard the door. They did this for years, never aging because of their vampiric powers. Until, Blood went insane with power, taking the blood sand and one of the staffs."

 

"After years, Hypno and Blood finally met again in battle. Blood, with the staff of death and the sand. And Hypno, with the staff of light. They fought, obviously. And after a long and ageing battle, Hypno lost again, and his staff of light was destroyed. But thankfully he escaped. But not before being able to break the hourglass, scattering the sand and making it quite unusable to Blood."

 

"The two hadn't met each other since this, while the reason he has been sticking with you especially, would be because Hypno would think that Ice Star or this other rune pony could restore the sand. And if he thinks that, Blood will too. And if Blood thinks that, he will be seeking out Ice Stars army, and most likely join them. And Hypno would like to have the Sand stay broken"

 

Hypno finished, then his Accent returned to normal, back to his mobster like one.

Starbolt was quite shocked. "I see." She said. "What can this blood sand do?" She decided to inquire more about this.

"Also can Hypno be trusted?" She asked him. "What is his plan for Snow?" She asked again.

"Hypno can be trusted, some what. But if you run inta his brother... run..." he said. "As for Snow, ta my knowledge, nothin'. He might just love her or something. But then again, he could want somethin' from her also." he explained. "As for the sand, after years i was able to get him to spill it on it's magical properties, but it c-" just as Clocks was about to explain, Hypno and Snow walked through the brush. He then shut up

 

"I saw you guys go into this forest, so i thought i could join you two until this blows over out there. I don't think we can even help." He said kindly as he set Snow down and sat next to her.

"Hypno, mind telling me about this 'blood sand'? Also you have a brother?" She asked Hypno in a non-threatening tone.

'I hope he'll tell me.' She thought to herself.

Fae knew Starbolt left the city. She decided to stay with Blaze thought.

Hypno looked confused for a moment, then nervous. "Dammit all to kingdom come Clocks, you just can't shut your trap for 5 seconds..." he thought. This specific topic was definitely something he did not want to discuss around Snow. He said nothing so far.

Starbolt was not sure if Hypno remained silent because he didn't trust her. "Hypno, you can trust me." She said in a kind tone.

"Just tell me what is this is 'Blood sand', and who is your brother." She asked him, momentarily forgetting about Ice Star and his plans.
