As some people may know, I'm a newbie crocheter. I've been crocheting since late-ish February of this year and have been enjoying it so much :D Here are some of the random things I've made since then.

My 'ace pride' scarf I made. I actually wore this on my last day of freshman year.

The beginning of my first infinity scarf that is now finished. Sorry I don't have an updated picture, I'll get one by Saturday.

Here's a closer look at this really awesome pattern

And part 3

And finally, a project I never finished. I didn't like how it turned out

Currently, other than the crochet-along, I'm working on an Apple Hack hat & matching gloves and hoping to make a Fluttershy hat & gloves when I can find the right colour of pink :)

Interesting hobby to take up! Are you looking to become a dressmaker or something any time soon?

No, but I may consider making and selling MLP stuff (amigurumi, hats, scarves, ect.) in the future :D I've always been fascinated with the dressmaking business though, who knows

Good. Now make this:

...I would happily do that if I knew what stitches they used. Seriously, I really want to do this now

My critique:

  • This are surprisingly very high quality.
  • Seeing how you have not been making these for a very long time, I am very impressed with how far you have gotten in your skills.

This hat. The quality, the style, the EVERYTHING.

I don't usually just fanboy in my critiques, but these are simply amazing.

5/5 for sure.

You have the crona seal of approval.

Thank you so much :)

I really like them! I tried to Crochet (I used to work in a art and craft shop which also did knitting and sewing.) But yeah i sucked >.>

It took me a few days in order to get my first stitch right for crochet, but after that it just came naturally. I really wish I knew how to knit, it's something I want to do before my high school career is over.

Those are beautiful! :D

I may not know the first thing about how to crochet, but my mother crochets tons of stuff. She recently made some double-insoled slippers that are remarkably comfortable. It even looks like you use the same gold needle she does, as well!

Eee! I should've known it was a Vickie Howell pattern, her style is so unique. (saves pattern & adds to queue on Ravelry) Be sure to come join the Craft Bronies group if you sign up for Rav. :)

I love her style too :D And I will

I don't know much regarding crocheting, but these are nicely made. You certainly have skill.

Thanks a bunch

Those sound really cool, and I wouldn't be suprised, the Boye hooks are probably the most used crochet hooks, plus H hook is best hook ;)
