Not to start unnecessary bickering, but this being the "unpopular opinions" thread I would contend that at least two of the characters in particular are in fact lesbians.

I don't get the appeal behind the shows Supernatural and Sherlock.

I think Prince Hans was a piss poor villain. There was way too little foreshadowing for him to be the true villain, and his reveal scene was incredibly rushed and forced feeling.

I don't enjoy horror films, unless they're animated in some way.

I didn't think The Avengers was such an amazing movie, I found it to be great but nothing higher than that.

I don't hate teen titans go, I just find it incredibly annoying.

I hate the joke a better love story than twilight. Yes we get it, you think twilight was s---t now can you shut the f---k up and move on now.

- Mankind is a plague on the Earth that should either stop destroying it or cease existence

- Sports are absolute sh**e

- America should shut up and stop influencing the rest of the world

- Mainstream music should be destroyed

- The UN is completely pointless and need to reconsider their Millennium Goals

- Mankind is violent and brutal; we will never stop killing each other or committing crimes or achieve true equality.

• I don't think morality and the battle between Good vs Evil exists (I made a thread about this)

 

• I have a teacher who has cancer, but I still hate her because of her personality (I also call her a Kimo Ridden Bitch behind her back and I wish she would die in her up coming surgery)

 

• I used to hate a math teacher so much that I said no when she asked the class if we wanted to see her daughter's baby pics and I wished that either her daughter or her new born granddaughter would so she could feel pain and not smile for a while.

 

• I cannot feel sympathy for others if I have never experienced something like it or something close to it.

 

• I thought it was hysterical to see a gif of a man hanging himself because he was low to the floor so his body swayed and he was wearing a "Just Do It" T-shirt when he did it.

 

• I am an anarchist who wants to see the government fall so me and everyone else can be free to do what we choose

 

• I don't want to be owned by my parents because I want to be an individual who can make their own choices

 

• I don't think that porn is bad

 

• I don't think cuss words are bad. I also think that they are just words that anybody can use especially in front of kids (I still however follow the rules on this site, so you will only see so much come out of my mouth).

 

• I don't care if you do drugs or alcohol. In fact, I would actually like to try cannabis (weed) and try alcohol.

This may be an unpopular idea, but I'm starting to agree with a notion I overheard about "Social Justice Warriors" being equated to ISIS where both have unwavering fanatical beliefs that they are right in what they do.  Both are zealots. 

 

After this whole incident with the ESA comet stuff and that poor guy getting so much flack for his shirt, I have a new disgust for these idiots out there who cry "sexist" at the drop of a hat.  What has happened to the world?  I'm starting to agree that common sense is so rare that it's a super power. 

 

I fear for the world of tomorrow instead of welcoming it with open arms.  A person accidentally trips and places their hand on a hot burner, I expect a lawsuit to be filed on the floor's manufacturer for the floor being too slippery and the stove for not automatically turning itself off and instantly cooling the burner before the person's hand touched it.

• Most folks on the internet are fakers. People tend to put on a false identity so folks can like them and honestly, i find it pathetic.

I think you're misreading what I mean.

By no means do I hate atheists, or think they're going to "hell" (which was always a silly concept). I just think that the thought process that, when you die, that's all there is, is a bit depressing. There's nothing wrong with that thought process, it's just not for me.

 

I think it's more depressing that there are people who think this life is unimportant - just a training ground or test for the next life. Our world is such a wonderful place, and we're only given a few decades to experience it. For me, not believing in any afterlife is a big motivation to get everything I can out of this life, because once it's gone, there's nothing else. That's an empowering idea, not a depressing one.

 

Besides which, although I'm an atheist and don't believe in an afterlife, there are plenty of atheists who do believe in afterlives. Atheists don't believe in gods by definition, but other than that there's no rule about what else we do/don't believe in.
