Tennis edition!

I don't dislike Rafael Nadal, but I love watching him lose. He's such a spirited competitor and an amazing defender that it's always really memorable when someone steps up and outplays him.

Ernests Gulbis is a top tier douchebag, but he's a very entertaining douchebag. I'd love to watch him win more and keep advancing up the rankings. I even have a measure of respect for him now that he's making more of an effort and showing interest in using his massive talent.

Any kind of status quo is boring. This has been the most entertaining year of tennis for a long time simply because nobody's been overwhelmingly dominant, and because so many young people are stepping up and showing signs of improvement.

No surface is more interesting than any other. An awesome match on clay is interchangeable with an awesome match on grass, for me.

There is no greatest player of all time. Talking over hypotheticals can be pretty fun though, assuming everyone tries to leave their fanboying at the door.

Berdych and Andy Murray are the funniest pro tennis players. I'll never get tired of Berdych being a passive-aggressive tool on Twitter

Writers need to stop hyping up and putting pressure on their young players. It only tends to disappoint everyone and make an otherwise talented and likable kid feel weighed down by an entire country's expectations.

Umm, ok. I don't think people should ride bicycles on the road. The road is for cars. There are some places where it's safe, like if there's a bike lane or something, but most of the roads around here are narrow and the law states that you have to give a cyclist at least three feet of clearance when you pass them in a car, which is completely impractical. It leads to unsafe situations as drivers pass cyclists in risky places like blind corners, which endangers themselves, the cyclist, and other drivers. Lots of people around here have "share the road" bumper stickers but I think that's crazy. Get your stupid bicycle off the road before you get us all killed.

As someone who knows quite a few things about headphones, I completely agree. Especially that build quality. They feel like children's toys when you hold them.

If you want high quality, bass heavy headphones, there are much better alternatives.

I am actually pretty happy with the amount of Sharia Law in my country. Its not too much to be dystopian, and its not little to be useless. Its the perfect amount.

Imagine if you will being on your death bed – And standing around your bed – the ghosts of the ideas, the dreams, the abilities, the talents given to you by life.

And that you for whatever reason, you never acted on those ideas, you never pursued that dream, you never used those talents, we never saw your leadership, you never used your voice, you never wrote that book.

And there they are standing around your bed looking at you with large angry eyes saying "We came to you, and only you could have given us life! But now. We must die with you FOREVER!

The question is – if you die today, what ideas, what dreams, what abilities, what talents, what gifts, would die with you?

I greatly dislike tea. I don't even like coffee that much, but given the option, I'd choose that over tea any day.

Rainbow Dash is not overrated. (Not sure if that's an unpopular opinion, but I've heard it said enough to warrant posting here).

inorite?

Just because YOU don't like her doesn't mean she's overrated, GUY.

Merriwether Williams honestly isn't a bad writer. Is she the best? No, she's not, but some of her episodes are actually some of my favorites from the show. I.e. Bats!, Hearth's Warming Eve. Personally, I would say the weakest writer for the show was Chris Savino. He only wrote two episodes. One of them was my least favorite episode of FiM and one of them was OK, but not the best, the latter being Stare Master. You can guess what the former is (considering I've bashed it countless times)

Also, I don't think the "different animal" part of Sparity wouldn't work, because to be fair, let's look at the ogrelord's movie Shrek. Donkey and Dragon, bb. The main problem (for me) is age difference.

The ALS Ice Bucket challenge is kind of getting annoying by now.

A game does not need blood, guns and violence to be good.

I support that idea definitely! You are definitely seeing that come back too, with the new Indie crowd.

I believe that you can be in support of a movement or groups goals but still be critical of it's problems and and be able to point out when it's wrong, has caused more problems, or is pushing incorrect information.

Feminism is a big one for me on this, I'm all for equal right and empowering girls but at the same time I can see and criticize the horrible problems within the movement and realize that it HAS caused problems and it a breeding ground for downright lies and propaganda that just isn't true. I can also acknowledge that women DO have certain privileges in the west.

>9th Doctor is best doctor

> Modern feminism is almost 100% anglo centric, and thus a waste. In the western world women have equal rights compared to men. That is all that is needed, equal rights. So please stop complaining about fingernail polish that can detect drugs and go help women in the 3rd world were they really are opressed.

>ldentity politics are a complete waste. I was partaking in the occupy movement, as it had oringally began to remove crony captialism and the power big bussiness had in government. I threw my hands up and left as soon as they brought out bullshit like the progressive stack, and began talking about social rights for transdimorphicponykinwhovians.

I agree, especially considering William's work on other shows. She wrote on early Spongebob and helped write Band Geeks.

Twilight Sparkle is my least favorite Mane 6. I'm not saying I don't like her, I actually like her like the rest of the Mane 6, but there's just.. not much I find interesting about her.

I will admit though, she WAS the best character in my least favorite episode of the entire series, Boast Busters

I kinda feel that way towards Rainbow. I mean, I like Rainbow, but honestly, I don't take kindly to egotism or some of her bad episodes, like May the Best Pet Win or Rainbow Falls. I hate Rainbow in those episodes.

If you're upset with any sort of stereotype that's being applied to something you like or are a part of, I believe it's best to wear the colors of whatever is being stereotyped loud and proud to attempt to shatter those generalizations and prove them to be false. In other words, set by example.

For example, some people refuse to consider themselves bronies because of all of the stereotypes surrounding the culture. Why not wear the brony title yourself to prove to people they aren't true? If anyone who didn't fit the stereotype dropped out and stopped going under the label, the stereotypes would only continue to grow.

I DON'T LIKE RARITY! There, come at me with organized questions and concerns!

I'm too much of a derpy fan :muffins:

Meh. I feel the same way. She can be kinda annoying...

I actually think Pinkie Pie is just in general, horrible.

Rainbow Dash and Pinkie Pie ARE overrated.

I like both of them, don't get me wrong. I have trouble deeming them anything but, since I can't even look up Rarity merch online without getting swarmed by merch of those two. It'd be one thing if I was searching MLP Merch in general, but when I'm searching *specifically* merch of Rarity and I get blitzed with stuff of them? Yeahh, that's kind of crossing past "popular characters" in my honest opinion, to the point where it's just annoying - which, in turn, is overrated. When something is so popular it's annoying, that makes it overrated. I like Pinkie Pie and RD quite a bit, but that doesn't shield them from...meh.

  • I hate religion. It has caused nothing but problems for the world.

War is sometimes a necessary evil.

Some people are way too rich. More of that money needs to go to the workers.

Capital punishment is sometimes necessary.

Fast food is, most of the time, disgusting.

I'm not very fond of censorship. I don't want the government telling me what I can see or cannot see. Sometimes it's okay, though. Most of the time, it isn't, though.

The Internet is the best place to learn stuff. It's taught me more things and can teach me more things than school ever will.

I, at many times, judge people by where they're from so that I can know what I can expect from them, such as how they act, what they believe (such as politically and when it comes to religion), and such. I think it is a good way of guessing what they probably will be like. I don't base my whole opinion of them based on where they're from, though.

I don't understand why America loves violence and just demonizes sex. I'd rather be friends with a promiscuous person than one with anger problems.

Governments stick their noses where they shouldn't too many times.

Ebola isn't an issue in America, it's highly unlikely to spread super fast here anyway.

Vegetables are appetizing.

As someone who is bisexual, I don't really mind the word "faggot".

I hate political correctness.

I like dark stories with sad endings the best.

Unpopular opinions...

People are NOT special. They are unique. Some people are destined to become important, others are just destined to be average joes. I am very much against parents babying their kids into thinking they are special little butterflies, and end up becoming self entitled little snots.

I think that if people don't want to get beaten up by policemen, they should not bait them into doing so (keeping opinions of Ferguson to myself though; most liberals would not like my opinion)

(See above You're Not Special entry) While I am supportive of same sex marriage, I feel people are taking it too far. I think that minority scholarships (despite being Korean myself) are already a grey enough area, and trying to turn homosexuality into a protected race is wrong in my opinion. At the end of the day- it's preference. That's the same as trying to create laws to protect Bronies just for liking the show.

I also think political correctness is getting out of hand. I mean, people wanting to change the name of Asian Carp just because it's called an Asian Carp? I'm actually being serious, there are people out there wanting to change its name. Same with people bitching about the Washington Redskins. Yes, historically it is an offensive term, but so is Cracker in Cracker Barrel, and Yankee too (that's the British equivalent of the N-word to Americans), yet nobody bats an eye about that...

Oh, and on a related note, contrary to popular belief, reverse racism does exist in my opinion. Some minorities cry about about being oppressed when they feel it's okay to shout racial slurs that are degrading to themselves, and believing that all whites are racist. That is racism. Caucasian people are a race too. My brother tried to tell me that reverse racism can't exist because Caucasians created the standard of racism in America, COMPLETELY IGNORING the fact that they are, indeed, a race too (took a lot of willpower to not drive into a tree after he said that). Caucasians are a part of the "American Melting Pot" (a term I use VERY loosely), and all races deserve the same amount of respect.

I also think that if you feel the need to constantly complain about the American government without doing anything to try to change it, rather do things like burn the flag, you have the right to get the fuck out of the country.
