The singing sounds a lot like Still Alive from Mirrors Edge. Anyway this is an AWESOME track! It sounds beyond professional. Something you would hear on the radio and would be a hit!

Listened to the whole thing and... can't say I like it. It's a pretty good song, both in production quality and performance.

 

What confuses me is that I can't grasp the theme. The way it's sung makes it sound like a song of hope, but the lyrics seem a little bit... depressing, misplaced. It just doesn't match in my opinion.

 

And for a brony/pony song.. it's just really off cue for me. I think of pony songs, example Discord, to be sung by the voices of younger people aged 14 to teenage and about there, but the singer honestly sounds like a 30 year old mature woman. Just not pony-like at all, if that makes any relevant sense.
